    Monitoring and support are offered along the way with regular check ins to keep you on track.

    We can also focus on management of specific medical concerns including cholesterol management, blood pressure, blood sugar control and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) to complement other health interventions.

  • At Whole Me, we can support diet change for overall health & longevity, performance and weight management.

    At your initial consultation to assist a nutritional review you may be asked to share some measurements about your body composition.

    A questionnaire & food diary will be provided to complete in order to guide your personal targets & needs before guidance is given.

    We can develop diet plans to focus on key nutrients to meet your needs.

  • At Whole Me we are proud to support women’s specific health across the lifespan including puberty, family planning, menstrual issues, pregnancy, peri-menopause and menopause.

    We can guide natural options and lifestyle change to support hormone related symptoms and concerns:

    Relaxing massage- more gentle techniques to encourage muscle relaxation. Targeted lymphatic drainage techniques to promote & restore circulation.
